Paula Wilson Detjen

Paula Lois Detjen, 66 of Moore, OK passed away on March 23, 2017. Paula was born on March 4, 1951 in Norman, Oklahoma to Lois George Wilson and Opal Mae Ward. Paula retired from the Oklahoma City public school system. She was a former media assistant. She enjoyed reading and watching T.V. and movies. Some of her favorites were Godzilla, Independence Day and Harry Potter. She also enjoyed going out to eat at Golden Corral and going to her sons for cookouts. Her first love was her family. She is survived by her 2 sons, Michael Stephen Detjen and wife Shannon; and George Edward Detjen; 3 grandsons, Theodore, Stephen and Edward Detjen; 2 brothers, Terry Wilson and wife Paula and Perry Wilson and wife Selma; and a host of loving other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lois George Wilson and Opal Mae Wilson. A Graveside service will be held 1:00 PM, Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Moore Cemetery in Moore, OK. Visitation will be Monday from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
